Own the booking, own the customer
A classic-car tour business was being found by too few people and handing a cut of every booking to someone else. Now they turn up in AI answers, and take bookings through a system that's theirs.

Found where customers now search, with a booking flow they own end to end
The problem
Agorasim run guided classic-car tours through the Saloia countryside — Sintra, Mafra, Ericeira. Genuinely lovely product. Two problems had nothing to do with the tours.
The first was being found. More and more people plan a trip by asking ChatGPT or Perplexity "what's a unique day trip from Lisbon?" rather than scrolling a search page. Those systems recommend businesses they can read and understand, and almost no local tour operator is set up for that yet — which makes it a cheap advantage while it lasts.
The second was that every booking went through someone else's platform. That means a commission on each sale, and a customer whose details and relationship belong to the platform rather than to Agorasim.
And underneath both: this is two people who drive classic cars for a living. Nobody has a free afternoon to write marketing copy.
What they got
A website built to be recommended by AI. In Portuguese and English, structured so the assistants people now ask can read it, understand what Agorasim offers, and put them forward when someone asks for exactly this kind of day out.
A booking system that belongs to them. Customers choose a tour and book directly on the site. No commission taken out of the middle, no booking fee added to put people off at the last step, and the customer's details land in Agorasim's own database — so a guest who came once can be invited back.
Marketing that writes its first draft itself. Blog posts, social posts and email campaigns are drafted automatically in both languages, in Agorasim's voice, using their own facts. Each one waits in their dashboard for a yes or a no. Approving good work takes a minute. Writing it from scratch takes an afternoon nobody has.
One place to run the business. Enquiries, bookings, customers, content and referrals all sit in a single dashboard instead of scattered across an inbox, a booking platform and a notebook.
What it means for them
Every direct booking is now worth more than the same booking was before, because none of it goes to a middleman — and the customer is theirs to bring back next season rather than a name on someone else's list.
Being visible in AI answers puts them in front of exactly the traveller they want: someone actively looking for something better than a coach tour, at the moment they're deciding. That's a channel their competitors haven't noticed yet.
And the marketing keeps moving whether or not anyone sat down to do it — which, for a two-person business, is the difference between having a marketing plan and having one that actually happens.
